Self Compassion Pendant Description 

This figure has an attitude of rising. In the deep center is the symbol for heart. The heart contains the symbol for peace. The peace symbol contains arrows indicating 'turning it onto itself.' A heart which turns peace onto itself will allow for progress and growth. A heart which turns war onto itself would have the opposite effect.
