In life, there are conditions that influence the state of my heart toward others. Some of the sources of these conditions come from un-repelled darkness, yet some come from the light of the universal fire. Ultimately, as I choose to heal from conditions of darkness and grow from conditions of light, I increase in my power to choose the state of my heart toward others. Do I choose war or peace? When my heart is at peace my mind is at peace. When my heart and mind are at peace, I can hear my inner voice.

My inner voice speaks forth, that which comes from my inner light. My inner light is a spark from the universal fire and is always connected to it. This is how I recognize universal truths. This is how I know to do the right thing for others. This is how I know to not do the wrong thing toward others. This is how I own thoughts not supplied to me. This is how I own wisdom not taught to me.

Any time I choose according to my inner light, my inner light grows brighter. Every time I choose according to my inner light again, my inner light grows brighter still. My light can shine more powerfully than the power of any darkness that tries to beset me. This is how my Inner Light can always repel any outer darkness. This is how I shine from the inside out. This is me.

• I ask questions and seek discussions about “right” and “wrong” and the difference between the two.
• I work on identifying what is right and what is wrong for me in my life.
• I show signs of wanting to be someone who chooses the right and not the wrong.
• I have an understanding that “feelings of right and wrong” is an internal sense or consciousness, not a dogma or a set of rules placed on me by others.
• I have a “sense” of what to do for others and I do what I have the sense to do.
• I have a “sense” of what not to do toward others and I don't do what I have the sense not to do.
• I try to always do what I 'feel' is the right thing to do for others.
• I try to always do what I 'feel' is the right thing to do for myself.
